Discover
Where, when, why, who.
We start with a complimentary discovery session. This is your time to shine. We want to know where you’ve traveled, what you’ve loved (and would never do again). We want to know your bucket list, your next-up list, your hobbies, and of course all about you and your traveling cohort. If you’ve got a vision for your upcoming trip, we are all ears! While we have many favorite itineraries, hotels and experiences at the ready - it is truly crucial for us to know what will be memorable for you.
Design
Your epic itinerary.
This is the good stuff. We work to make your vision a reality with our deep destination expertise and strong industry connections. Your itinerary will be custom-to-you and take advantage of perks and experiences you cannot get on your own. There usually is some back-and-forth to get to the final, perfect option and we know it’s “done” when you’re super thrilled with it. During this phase you can be as involved (or not) as you like. Once we’ve locked in to the perfect itinerary we will double confirm each element with you, and also with our partners, before booking.
Connect
Anticipatory joy.
From now until departure we will help you anticipate your trip by sending you a few fun surprises along the way. We also work behind the scenes at this point to make sure your trip is studded with special requests, upgrades, and amenities. We also keep you apprised of any changes or requirements you will need to anticipate.
Experience
Wheels up.
It’s go time. When you head off on your trip, we keep an eye on everything in the background. As is the case with travel, sometimes unforeseen events occur. You can rest assured that should a problem arise, we have a resource that will handle it for you.

Surprise Trips
Surprise trips can be incredible, and also complicated to plan. Let us take the lead and help you with a surprise romantic trip or an extra special birthday surprise trip - what an amazing gift! Depending on the complexity, surprise trips can incur a slightly higher design fee.

Destination Specialists
With Bryce Travel, the world truly is your oyster. If you can find it on a map, we can get you there in style. We love Italy, the Caribbean, southeast Asia, Mexico - as well as in-country favs like NYC and Los Angeles. However, what sets us apart is our ability to find and plan for the less obvious, more far-flung destinations. Interested in seeing Antarctica? Chile and the Easter Islands? Seychelles? Travel Protection
Travel protection is a must these days, especially if you are headed anywhere off the beaten path, or traveling with multiple age groups. Premiums are based on trip length, cost, traveler ages, and coverage level. We strongly recommend travel protection for every trip. There is no fee for this service when your trip is planned with Bryce Travel.

Fees
Bryce Travel is a true advisory – much like a financial advisor or an interior designer. We work together on a consultative basis to create custom-to-you trips, and provide advice on all the components of travel.
Below is an outline of our fee structure. For more details or questions, please reach out.

$750 for 1-7 days of travel for up to 5 people, an additional $50/person/week thereafter. This covers all of the planning for a complete trip.
Last minute booking fee of 50% for trip requests within 45 days of travel or 90 days of holiday travel.

$75 per booking.
Our partnership amenities (like free breakfast, $100 resort credit, and occasionally room upgrades) add value above and beyond this fee.

We partner with an independent air booking company on our clients’ behalf. We find their services to be invaluable for getting the best schedules, business and first class experience and pricing, and support while en route. This includes reservation management, and 24-hour proactive monitoring and assistance during travel for delays or cancellations.
Domestic, Mexico, Canada, Caribbean – $75/ticket with $250 max per family
International & Cuba – $100 per ticket with $400 max per family
Private air bookings carry no additional fee for clients already planning with Bryce Travel
